They ask you to pay about a half of the contract, but actually, they just build about 25%. If you cannot believe 100% to them, don’t pay 50% of the contract but just about 30% just to keep and safe contract.

Other fraudulent practice on the build process like on make a contract for woodwork, usually to make windows and doors need special craftsman that have a special work to do this. Usually many vendors work for this job. You should be careful to choose special craftsman, unprofessional craftsman usually do not have raw material to create your order, usually they ask you to pay a down payment to pay raw materials. If you meet with kind of craftsman you better to cancel your order because they can make disorder you’re planning. For professional craftsman usually they can provide raw material even they don’t have money for all your wood need because raw material are about 10% of your windows and doors prices. My water pipe on my house is leaked, this because of wrong construction that unpredicted before. When I build my house there problem is not seen because the community, environment and neighbourhood is not formed yet. So to make a good plan of house should be design by experienced person, because he have many years experience on building a house model and system.

Lets back to the problem, my water pipe is leaked. The leaked can not see and difficult to detect because it buried. But after several time I found there are a rat hole on the side of pipe I just understand that this piping is broken because of rat. Beside break of water pipe the rat also break the duck drainage that is also buried. The rats build a hole to cross the house and quit just in the garden as rat living. The rats make a hole beside and along the drainage water channel and also break the drainage pipe. This happen because of wrong design when build a house last time. My craftsman that before place a drainage pipe should be filled by sand first, in order the pipe not broken by the land pressed, but this is the wrong traditional way. The right construction the drainage pipe should be concreted by cement along the pipe. The rats create a hole below our house and finally rat hole reach to the water pipe, rat also bite the water pipe and this water pipe leakage. My God, my water pipe leakage under the house construction, I should dig up the floor and base of the house to fix it.

I share my experience so you will more careful to build your house especially to construct under ground, you can’t fix them easily because the location are underground. You must concrete stronger of your underground building in order to omit problem in the future.
