Chinese Property

Many investor and banker worry with the property price condition in China always rising up in the city. They worry that the rising price can create a new crisis. Chinese with the most crowded population in the world will accumulate in the city and make the property crisis happened especially in the city.
Chinese government will monitor the capital flow to speculate in property market in China. Chinese government also will raise the advance money to buy a house. Every Chinese family that wants to buy a second house they must pay for 40 percent in advance.

Property buyer hope that the house price always up because they can’t save their money in a bank that don’t have any benefit for them. Because of the bank interest very small the property price rise doubles in Chine just for less than 4 years. House investor  hope that the property price in china will rise on because their assets are in the property. Consequently they will always buy a new house out of their economic capacity. A broker said generally they will make a phony payroll bill to get bank loan.

Many economic expert worry this condition can create economic crisis like in Japan on the year of 1980s and United States in 2009. The raising property loan make the bank bankruptcy and fail to recover. Other effect of chinese property also happen on the expert of house model design that move to china to get high income like my friend also.

Tutorial Excel in New House

This only explain that I already realease new video with title Tutorial Excel. This tutorial excel is compatible to Excel 2013, excel 2016 and Excel 2019.  New excel practically similar with 2013 or 2016. Basically if you already know the use of every tools on the excel aplication or excel database, you already knows what the new excel release. Basically is just the display on the front is different the older verstion, and for this difference usually only on the ribbon bar other than just the place holder of toolbar, just like that.  Everybody that need Excel tutorial, you can subscribe to my channel on the below links.
