What Should be Check When Buy a House

The first time to buy a house that already build must be check if the house design is suitable with your criteria and your financial. The below lists are the house part that should be checked first before you decide to purchase.

Check the roof:
That is not easy to check the roof condition; you may need other person to check the roof condition to make sure the roof condition of the house in good condition. Make sure the wood frame condition not broken, don’t buy a house with broken frame condition this dangerous for your family life.

Check Bath Room Condition
To check the bath room condition, make sure that bath room in good condition, not just clean but the drainage also in good condition, water faucet not leakage, ceramic installed in good condition, and air circulation also work well, light to the room also good. The sun light can function as UV penetration for certain room. Check the closest is work well, try using give a bucket of water to the hole.

Check the house wall
There are many problems if you check seriously of the wall condition like humid, crack, hollow space, nail trace, water fleck, and many others.

Check of Water Source
If you can make sure the water clean as your water source, check the source come from, from PAM or ground water. You can ask to the neighbor around the house if difficult.

Check of Waste Drainage
Check the flow of wastewater from bath room and washing dish flow to. Check if this drainage still function properly.

Check the Electric Cable
Check the electric cable still good on all room, the electric plug, lamp is still function properly. You may need electric person to check this system.

Check the floor
If the floor still in good condition, is there any crack on the floor? Make test to knock the floor, if there are empty sound mean that under the floor is loose. If any water leakage from the floor when raining.

Check Door and Windows
Doors and windows in good condition will not difficult to shut and open. Make sure that windows and door panel still function properly when open.
